National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents

National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents. The Professional Association for Fugitive Recovery Agents, Bail Enforcement Agents & Bounty Hunters

May 22, 2014   The NAFRA and NABEA have merged into 1 organization (The NAFRA)

After the passing of long time NABEA executive director Mel Barth there was discussion between stakeholders of the NAFRA and NABEA, it was decided that both associations would merge into 1 organization. The NABEA has been disestablished and all NABEA Credentials are null and void. However, all current members of the NABEA are eligible for membership privileges with the NAFRA. The NAFRA has no past or present financial connections to the NABEA and has not and will not be receiving any funds from the NABEA, therefore we cannot address any financial matters concerning the former NABEA. Members of the former NABEA with a current (unexpired) member registration can contact the NAFRA at [email protected] to have their member registration converted to the NAFRA. There will be no fee for this, however your NAFRA member registration will expire at the same time that your NABEA member registration would have. Any member of the former NABEA that wishes to obtain a NAFRA Photo Card will be required to pay a $37.50 issuance/administration fee to receive the card. Please note, the NAFRA Photo Card is not required for current members of the former NABEA to be eligible for NAFRA member privileges.
