Chuck Jordan is the current President of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents.
Pursuant to the Association bylaws the President is elected by majority vote every 5 years.
Cynthia Miller is the current Secretary of the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents. Cynthia is also responsible for the management of member services.
Pursuant to the Association bylaws the Secretary is appointed by the President by recommendation of the Advisory Board.
PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS INVESTIGATOR
Gerald Thornman is the current Professional Standards Investigator for the National Association of Fugitive Recovery Agents. Gerald has over 30 years of Fugitive Recovery & Law Enforcement experience having served as a Police Officer and internal affairs investigator for 18 years prior to entering the fugitive recovery profession.
Pursuant to the Association bylaws the Professional Standards Investigator is appointed by the Secretary with the approval of the President.

Pursuant to Association bylaws the Advisory Board is limited to 3 members. To be eligible to serve on the Advisory Board a person must be a registered member in good standing and be appointed by the Association President.
